Cochrane Germany (CG) adds to the CEBHA+ network-with focus on research task 5 and work packages ‚coordination, capacity building and networking'-its extensive experience regarding methods and conduct of evidence maps, evidence syntheses, guideline development according to GRADE as well as the implementation of evidence in policy and practice. This experience was substantially formed throughout the long lasting workshop programme of CG. CG will contribute-coordinated by PD Dr. Meerpohl and Dr. Lang-to those parts of the CEBHA+ project which are related to research methods, training and capacity building as well as to selected evidence syntheses produced in the CEBHA+ network. In the person of PD Dr. Meerpohl (board member) the cooperation with the German Network for Evidence-Based Medicine and its panel of experts will be guaranteed for further extended methodological experience.
